ProofRepo is an evidence collection and delivery service for compliance professionals. Auditors create evidence requests specifying which documents they need, clients upload files through a guided interface, and both parties receive organized results as a ProofPack. We facilitate the transfer — we don't provide legal, compliance, or audit advice.
By using ProofRepo, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to agree on behalf of any organization you represent.
Account creation: To send evidence requests, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Trial access: You can try ProofRepo with a free trial credit before creating an account or purchasing credits. Trial requests have reduced file size and framework limits.

How credits work: You purchase credits to send evidence requests. Each request uses one credit. Credits are added directly to your account upon purchase.
Credit validity: Credits expire 12 months from purchase date. Unused credits are not refundable after this period.
Pricing: Current prices are displayed at checkout. We may adjust pricing for future purchases, but existing credits are not affected.
Refunds: All sales are final. We offer a free trial so you can test the full service flow before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents service delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the service, you grant us permission to store and transmit your files as necessary to provide the service.
Automatic deletion: All uploaded files are automatically deleted 90 days after submission. This is enforced at the infrastructure level through Cloudflare R2 lifecycle rules.
Manual deletion: You can delete submissions at any time through the Pack Viewer without waiting for automatic deletion.
Your responsibility: You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload and that it doesn't violate any laws.
ProofRepo allows you to save evidence request templates to your account for reuse. Templates are stored in your account and are only accessible to you. You can delete saved templates at any time.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using ProofRepo, you agree to our privacy practices.
We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For significant changes, we'll notify active users via email.
ProofRepo is provided "as is." We're a file transfer and organization service — we don't guarantee that using ProofRepo will result in successful audits, compliance certification, or any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You may stop using ProofRepo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use any remaining credits ends, but we'll fulfill any pending evidence requests.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, except for small claims. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
